Staying Sane in an Insane World

What the heck happened in 2017? It was a crazy year for everyone, but especially true for our AFSS members. When we get together for our December meeting, we are going to focus on ways to handle stress, find balance, stay healthy, celebrate our successes, and create a vision for the coming year.

This will be an upbeat and fun program focused on simple (but effective) things we can do to be even better at what we do (supporting others), while also taking care of ourselves. With this last meeting of the year, we can reflect on what happened this year and create a vision and a plan for next year to be our best. We had a lot of once-in-a-lifetime events this year (most of them not good) so we'll hope for the best for next year but prepared if the worst happens.

Your speaker will be Lee Silber, a best-selling author with a 25-year track record of making training more of an experience than a sit-and-listen-style of presentation. Everyone will think, laugh, and learn as a participant in the interactive session and walk away with tools you will use. There will be moving stories, funny anecdotes, hands-on activities, and lots of really good ideas in this highly customized (for you) program.
